| At the embankment location all the passengers have the obligation to possess all the necesary documents in accordance with all legal terms and stipulations. Please read the Terms and agreement from below. |

> At your request the coach may stop anywhere on the route.
> Clients who wish to get to another location than the route are asked to contact us.
> For the passangers from another cities in Romania we assure the transport with the microbus to one of the embank-ment location to the coach.

> The persons transport is made at a high level of comfort with coaches gifted with air-conditioning, audio-video systems and three experienced and skilled drivers.
> The company ensures to make the effort to transport the passengers and lugages on time.
> It's obligatory for the passengers to be at the embankment place with at least 30 minutes ahead, for the purpose of checking the travel documents and embankment.
> The delay of the passengers on embankment won't affect the route timetable which was allready established. In the case of absence of the passenger at the embankment location, his ticket will be transferred in personal administration of the transporter.
> Custom pass documents (incomplete, unsuitable) are the direct responsability of the passenger, the company does not assume his responsability for passengers documents.
> The price of the ticket does not include the medical insurance.
> The passenger is compeled to read, know and respect all legal terms regarding the weight and contains of his lugage, including the custom responsability, in which the transporter does not assume responsability.
> The lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. The seat written on the ticket is for informative purpose and can be changed.
> It is not allowed the transportation with pets and animals.
> The reservations confirmation for any type of ticket must be done with at least 3-4 days before the departure time.
> The passes through customs and traffic may influence the arrivals timetable. The company does not assume responsability for eventual delays at arrival, as well as the losses determined by delays.
> Concerning the legal terms for the romanian citizen who travel abroad, who enter in Shengen Space and so on, we advice you to read ordonanta de urgenta nr 144/25.10.2001 and legea nr.248/20.07.2005 with later modifications (in romanian).
